INTRODUCTION

I live in Northampton, England.
I create erotic art based on the primal energies of sexual desire within the human condition. This primal level has been with us since human beings developed a subconscious. Today our interpretations and the vehicles/methods we use to express these sexual desires and its many forms are complex and varied, yet are all connected to a base level within our human make-up and condition: Animal passions born out of instinct.
The inspiration for the designs and methods used within my art is to demonstrate/illustrate the connections between our desires, experimentation and role play in the modern sexual arena to that of the “animal” who took the first steps from the cave.
I paint in what I would regard as a primitive style, which uses the instinct, accident and imagination as my working method, rather than a set technique. I paint primarily in acrylic onto deep-edge canvas but use many other media and supports to create the art. The drawings that I do help me to open up my mind to new ideas for designs and working methods.
I never draw from life or models. I don’t use sketches to plan my paintings.
My art has been on show through-out the UK and is gaining international recognition.
